Pav Bhaji Ingredients (with Kohla Varka Flavour)
Vegetables:
2 large potatoes – boiled & mashed
1 cup cauliflower – finely chopped
1 cup green peas – boiled
1 cup capsicum – finely chopped
1 cup onions – finely chopped
2 tomatoes – finely chopped
1/2 cup carrots – boiled and mashed
Spices:
2 tbsp Kohla Varka Pav Bhaji Masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Kohla Varka Diamond Kasoori Methi
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp butter (plus more for serving)
Others:
1 lemon
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Pav (buns) – toasted with butter
🔥 Instructions:

Boil the vegetables

Boil potatoes, peas, carrots, and cauliflower until soft. Mash them together lightly using a masher.

Cook the masala base

In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp butter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.

Add spices
-
Add turmeric, red chili powder, and Kohla Varka Pav Bhaji Masala. Mix well and cook until masala releases oil.

Mix in the vegetables

Add the mashed vegetables and mix everything together.

Add a little water as needed to get the right consistency.

Let it simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Kasoori Methi

Crush and add Kohla Varka Diamond Kasoori Methi for an extra burst of aroma and taste. Mix well.

Toast the Pav

Slice pav buns. Toast them on a tawa with butter until golden.

Garnish and Serve

Garnish bhaji with coriander, butter, and lemon wedges.

Serve hot with buttered pav, chopped onions, and lemon.
