🥦 Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower (gobi)

1/2 cup carrots – chopped

1/2 cup beans – chopped

1/2 cup green peas

1/2 cup capsicum – chopped

1 onion – finely chopped

1 tomato – pureed
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
2 tbsp Kohla Varka Kitchen King Masala

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-
1/2 tsp red chili powder
-
Salt – to taste
-
2 tbsp oil or ghee
-
2 tbsp cream or malai (optional, for richness)

Fresh coriander – chopped
🔥 Instructions:

Boil or steam all chopped vegetables till they’re just tender (not mushy).

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions till golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add tomato puree, cook till oil separates.
-
Add turmeric, chili powder, and Kohla Varka Kitchen King Masala. Sauté well.

Add cream (optional) and stir for richness.

Add the boiled vegetables, salt, and a little water for gravy.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander.
