Kohla Varka Mix Veg Curry

🥦 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower (gobi)

  • 1/2 cup carrots – chopped

  • 1/2 cup beans – chopped

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1/2 cup capsicum – chopped

  • 1 onion – finely chopped

  • 1 tomato – pureed

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp Kohla Varka Kitchen King Masala

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • Salt – to taste

  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee

  • 2 tbsp cream or malai (optional, for richness)

  • Fresh coriander – chopped


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Boil or steam all chopped vegetables till they’re just tender (not mushy).

  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions till golden.

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

  4. Add tomato puree, cook till oil separates.

  5. Add turmeric, chili powder, and Kohla Varka Kitchen King Masala. Sauté well.

  6. Add cream (optional) and stir for richness.

  7. Add the boiled vegetables, salt, and a little water for gravy.

  8. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

  9. Garnish with fresh coriander.
